The 24.000 m² building houses 71 classrooms and 4 industrial workshops, a training restaurant, a fitness center with a grandstand, a 300-seat auditorium, and 180 places of parking on 3 levels. On the roof canopy, 400m² of photovoltaic panels have been integrated.
