The Technovation Centre is part of AGC’s worldwide R&D network and one of the main centers - with partner sites in America and Japan. Collaboration between regions is essential to AGC’s R&D efficiency and strength. Each of the regions is focusing on a specific expertise. Facing South, the cladding of this façade is made of white lacquered glass defining a large horizontal frame. Within the white frame a double layered open skin façade is developed. Sun shaded and protected by alternated photovoltaics glass panels, a thermal high performance glazed façade is developed in retreat. A gallery is created between those two layers adding sun shading benefits and easy walkable maintenance access.

Close to the metro and Gare du Nord station, the Quatuor building offers office and coworking space as well as services such as a fitness room, restaurants, an event space, an indoor garden, rooftop terraces, secure parking for cars and bicycles and much more. In addition, it meets the highest standards of quality, innovation and environmental performance. A BREEAM "Outstanding" certification has been obtained in the "Design" phase for the entire building (towers A, B, C and D).

WTC ZIN Brussels

SunEwatSunEwat ColourSunEwat Vision

ZIN is a redevelopment project for Towers 1 & 2 of the WTC complex in the Northern Quarter of Brussels. After dismantling, the existing towers will be connected by a new 14-storey volume. The functions of living, working and living are combined in a single building. The project sets the bar very high, both in terms of architecture and environmentally friendly design, and in terms of circularity.

SunEwatSunEwat Vision

The renewal of the Groues district, which includes the Archipel and the new Nanterre train station, is an illustration of the profound urban transformations underway to the west of the Grande Arche. The project was designed by VIGUIER, in association with Marc Mimram Architecture & Associés. A 75.500m² complex divided into five buildings of varying heights, including a 100m high "emergence", all forming a series of interconnected islands.
